Turtle Creek Casino and Hotel Entry and Parking Lot Reconstruction

GTEC provided design and construction management services to enhance the arrival experience to the facility, as well as create a safer parking area, closer to the casino and hotel. Overall the $4.6M project was completed in two months with only landscaping and irrigation to be finished the following spring.

M-72 Corridor Reconstruction

GTEC was hired to provide construction management services to reconstruct one mile of M-72 and one crossing at Lautner Road. It included installing a 144’ pedestrian tunnel under M-72, rebuilding the roadway as a boulevard, and adding two roundabouts along the way.
