Grand Traverse Engineering & Construction was founded as RCA. Clark & Associates in 1979 and focused on land planning and landscape architecture services. The company was purchased by Grand Traverse Economic Development as RCA, LLC in 2014. From that point on, RCA expanded its services to what it is today. The company was rebranded as Grand Traverse Engineering & Construction (GTEC) in 2017 to showcase these expanded services and capabilities. Headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan, GTEC continues to build on their more than 45 years of experience, providing excellence in customer relationships, project delivery and risk management.
